Top Bill
DJ、プロデューサー、エンジニア。Top Billion Studios主宰。カリフォルニア州 のExpression College for Digital Arts, Sound Art 科卒。サンフランシスコのDJバトル・シーンで実力を付け、Zebra Records Battle 優勝。1996年よりShing02のDJを務めるようになり、多数音源にスクラッチで参加。また、DJ Kou、DJ RyotaとCircus Djs を結成。ウエスト・コースト・ファンクやレア・グルーブを中心としたミックス・テープ　”Top Billion Dollar Breaks” シリーズから音源制作を始め、DJ Top Bill + Shing02 「Sun In The Baycement」(2003)、「Avatar」 (2005)、DJ Top Bill 「Prelude To One Dollar Store」 (2005 アルバム)といったオリジナル作品を発表。活動拠点を日本に移した後は、Circus Djsのルーティーンを収録したミックスCD「Live Show (2003-2005)」 (2006)　や、ラテン・バンドのCopa Salvo のキーボーディスト、小西エリとのデュオ Eri Bill Orchestraとして「Tropical Temple」 (2007)　を発表している。2008年には、自身のスタジオのコンピレーション「THE TBS PROJECT」をリリース。2010年12月より、季節ごとにリリースされるMix CD “Top Billion Seasonal Mix” シリーズを開始。

エンジニアとしてもShing02、Candle、Ari1010、CHIYORI らの作品に貢献。音楽ソフト/ハードウェアのセミナー講師としても活躍する。

DJ, producer, sound engineer, preside Top Billion Studios. Graduate Expression College for Digital Arts, Sound Art in California. Top Bill acquired ability in San Francisco Bay Area DJ battle scene; crowning victory over Zebra Records Battle. Since 1996, Top Bill serves as a DJ for Japanese MC/Artist Shing02, and participated for many project. Also, with DJ Kou and DJ Ryota formed Circus Djs. From the same time he released west coast funk and rare groove mixtape project “Top Billion Dollar Breaks”, started beat making. DJ Top Bill + Shing02 “Sun In The Baycement” (2003), “Avatar” (2005) and DJ Top Bill “Prelude To One Dollar Store” (2005 album) were released as representative of his original beat making. Then he moved to Japan to be more active. Circus Djs live routine mix CD “Live Show (2003-2005)” was released in 2006. With Eri Konishi (who is Latin keyboardist from “Copa Salvo” ): Eri Bill Orchestra released instrument album “Tropical Temple”in 2007. In 2008, compilation album of his own studio (Top Billion Studios), “THE TBS PROJECT” was released. Since December 2010, new mix CD “Top Billion Seasonal Mix” will be released each season.

As sound engineers, contribute : Shing02, Candle, Meiso, Ari1010, CHIYORI to produce their works. Also he lecture on use of music software/hardware as a seminar trainer .
